Describe the behaviour
Explain where and when the behaviour took place, whether it has happened before, the fictional characters involved and its impact on the surrounding area. Record any reference issued during an earlier contact.
How reports are handled
Contact Management records the incident and routes it to Local Policing or another competent team. Neighbourhood officers can examine repeated local problems and coordinate an appropriate simulated policing response.
